Resolving Missing Journey Details

If you’re using the QuickCab plugin with WooCommerce and experiencing issues with missing journey details on the checkout page, this guide will help you resolve the problem. Currently, the QuickCab plugin does not support WooCommerce’s block-based checkout. By following the steps below, you can switch to the classic checkout and ensure that journey details are displayed correctly.

Step 1: Log in to Your WordPress Admin

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to yourwebsite.com/wp-admin.
  2. Enter your username and password, then click the Log In button.

Step 2: Access the Pages Section

  1. Once logged in, look at the left-hand side menu.
  2. Click on Pages to open the list of all your pages.

Step 3: Edit the Checkout Page

  1. In the list of pages, find the one titled Checkout.
  2. Hover over it and click the Edit link that appears.

Step 4: Select the Checkout Block

  1. You will be taken to the page editor.
  2. Click on the checkout block within the page to select it.

Step 5: Switch to Classic Checkout

  1. On the right-hand side of the screen, ensure you are on the Block tab.
  2. Look for the option labeled Switch to classic checkout.
  3. Click the Switch to classic checkout button.

Step 6: Update the Page

  1. After switching to the classic checkout, you need to save your changes.
  2. Click the Update button at the top right corner of the screen.
